Learn, share your views about, and participate in determining the Total Town Budget at the Annual Town Budget Meeting (ATBM) beginning at 8:00pm on Wednesday, April 24th, in the WHS auditorium. The Town Meeting is a living expression of grassroots, participatory democracy, but a quorum of 130 qualified voters MUST be in the auditorium by 8:00 pm sharp to enable residents to ask questions, discuss, and have a voice in decisions leading up to the referendums to follow.
